People get killed. In Poland they are reburying thousands of civilians believed killed by Russian troops as they closed in on Germany in the last months of World War II:
In the end, more than 2,000 skeletons were discovered, two-thirds of them belonging to women and children.
Religion didn’t do this. Serial killers didn’t do this. Governments did.
I do not understand why large swaths of Americans wish to cede control of their lives to government (of any political persuasion). It only ends badly.

Foreign invaders did this, not a domestic republican government.

Foreign invaders mad as hell about the 20 million dead Russians German troops left behind on their way out. All caused by narcissistic crazy leaders that operated without checks.

And the issue of “republic” is at issue right now. That is what the town hall people are so mad about.
