Nice to knwo we "observed and monitored" the launch instead of demolishing the missile on it platform. This guy is a weanie- Russia knows it, and so do these other countries. It seems like they all are like that to some degree. Bush let the Chinese hijack a Navy plane for two weeks without doing anything.
