So let me get this straight….
- Our soldiers can be wounded and suffer physical and emotional pain the rest of their life.
- Our Commanders can order bombings of known terrorists, even when they are surrounded by family and other possible innocents.
- We can shoot, kill, maim, any terrorist we see along with anybody who happens to be near them.
BUT if we catch them we can’t:
- pretend to hurt them
- pretend we are going to hurt them
- actually hurt them
The ONLY reason not to torture is if it is being done for the enjoyment of those doing the questioning. Anything else should be fair game, if authorized like any of the actions above.
Fundamentally there is no difference other than less chance of innocents being harmed. If anything, this policy encourages more innocent damage, after all, why risk troops capturing them when you can’t get information. Just blow them up.
Obama is a narcissistic fool.

When I had the prisoner interrogation training, it was more oriented at enemy soldiers operating under Geneva. These guys aren’t covered, so I say do what we need to do.
