According to the Military Channel it is the CheyTac 200:
The 408 CheyTac is an impressive round. Barrett also has its .460 Barrett with similar ballistic wonders.
I’m growing more interested in long range shooting. We will see what the year brings. Doing it right requires more than just the rifle. You also have to build up loads to fit the rifle, the weather, and also be able to estimate conditions right. With that much to learn, it may become next years project.

What rifle are you looking at? I have been considering a good accurate long gun myself.

Tim’s offered me a custom one he built based on a Remington 700 action.
I’d probably do something like that. If doing “off the shelf”, I’d probably get a Savage tactical rifle. Very accurate, affordable, and I like the AccuTrigger.
Or maybe a ready to go Remington 700:

that would be sub-moa out of the box and still provide a basis for customization later on.
I get sub-moa out of my DPMS 24″ bull barrel AR-15. That is good out to 800 yards or so.
