I was wrong.

I over estimated America. I won’t make that mistake again.

I over estimated Republicans. I won’t make that mistake again.

Since accurate estimation requires a realistic view of the forces at work, it’s good that you recognize estimation errors and will re-calibrate your model. Why do you think you will not misunderestimate the next time? Can you become a better estimator than the standard climate model?

I had no confidence that GOP would pick a decent candidate or support the one they did. I had every confidence that all democrats and a bunch of morons who can’t make a decent decision, or who suffer from white guilt, would pick the socialist with terrorist ties so they could feel better about themselves for picking the black guy.

I tried to separate my estimate from my desire. My scientific self felt the polls were way wrong – statistically. I was mainly right about that. I was mainly wrong about Republicans, who are stupider than credited.

WRT Standard climate model…. It is scientific, like a poll, and I was right on that. And I’m right that the climate model is hokey.

To build a correct long term, large scale, climate model they must first build correct short term, small scale ones. And they can’t. Also, they do not factor in, nor understand at all, the ways/schedule of the Sun.

Neither have they accounted for mushrooms.
