I suspect if I start a Predatory Government series of posts that I will quickly exhaust my knowledge of Roman numerals…
Teens cited for disorderly conduct in American Fork, UT for singing their drive through order at McDonalds:
The teens have said they were imitating a rap from a popular YouTube video, which begins: "I need a double cheeseburger and hold the lettuce."
Spenser Dauwalder, 18, has said employees at the fast-food restaurant told him and his friends they were holding up the line and needed to order or leave.
They were a bit silly, they were asked to leave, they left. End of story. But alas, it isn’t.
Decent people work in government and few or any probably think this makes sense. But on it goes.

Once again, stupid small town cops doing stupid things. Not surprisingly, in Utah. Ironically, in the city “Footloose” was filmed.
Sound like a case of cops with too much free time on their hands. You could probably take the number of cops on duty there, send half of them home, and everything would be just fine. Then the ones remaining might get a little too busy with real calls to do things like this.
I don’t really understood the mentality. If a cop where I worked did this, he’s be considered a weak-ass, and be a laughingstock. Other cops would hit him up and say “What’s your problem, that the best you can get?”

I was thinking that about our force. If focused less on traffic we could get by with a lot less of them.
