Costs $3,500 and does 200 pancakes an hour.

On our last school field trip the kitchen crew I was part of turned out about that many in less than an hour using just camp stoves and big griddles. But I can’t claim credit for that, I was the “bacon” guy.

    But there’s no place to put the blueberries or nuts in unless everybody wants them.

    I wondered that too. I guess in bulk your choices are reduced. Like our future health care.
