The tie to Dennis Kucinich’s Department of Peace and Non-Violence seems less about evil’s longevity than proving that stupidity seems awfully persistent too.
Evil is easy to beat when it is young. People like Kucinich, Neville Chamberlain, Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, and Yitzhak Rabin are just stupid to think that they can defeat it with peace, caring and partnership with its adherents.
