I hate politicians. I especially hate politicians that think they are special and that history has “called on them”:
Maine Republican Olympia Snowe said she was laying aside misgivings for now and voting to advance the bill, a sweeping $829-billon, 10-year health care remake that would help most Americans get coverage without creating a new government insurance plan. "When history calls, history calls," said Snowe.
Maine is two parts: Real Maine and the part of Massachusetts that moved to Maine. Guess which part Snowe has the votes of.
Let’s assume history called you Olympia. You say history wants you to vote for a bill you don’t like.
I say history called you… a moron.
Aren’t you tired of flakey idiots like Snowe claiming “greatness” when their mediocre hackiness shines like a diamond?

Snowe: “Well I think that the honest difference is of opinion, but I do happen to believe that we have to move the process forward ”
Anyone who speaks like this, in purely a grammatical and conversational sense, is not a serious person, of low intellect, and not worthy of another thought. Who talks like that, other than a greasy politician?
The GOP would do well to kick these RINO’s out of the party. They dilute the brand, and since they are voting with demoncats anyway, who needs them?
More pearls of wisdom:
“So it clearly, I think, had built some momentum that makes it possible to construct a bipartisan package hopefully.”
She was the only Republican to vote for it, and she thinks its bipartisan. She is insane.

She’s more like a hunk of coal, covering what she touches with dirt.
