Inevitable result of $9.50 an hour
My kid is probably smarter than you. But genius that he is, him pressing a burger button just isn’t worth $9.50 an hour. Not just my kid. Your genius kid too.
But Barry just keeps on frolicking with other people’s money. He’s proposed to raise the Federal minimum wage to $9.50 an hour by 2011.
The raise to $7.25 has already lost jobs as employers say unskilled people aren’t worth that much.
Oh what fun it is, to do “good” with other people’s money. The hubris of it all. Yet he seems so narcissistic to not actually comprehend the havoc he wreaks.
And what is this? Yet another proposal directly aimed at people that supported him (young). Has he done anything to help ALL of us yet? Or our Teleprompter-in-Chief’s administration just constituency service done at a grand scale with other people’s money?
What young people will find, however, is that doing deals with the devil never works out. That little bundle of joy resulting from their 2008 electoral “hook-up” will grow up to be called “30% unemployment”.
