If only!
Bush just signed an extension that will keep millions of laid-off workers enjoying my money through the end of the year.
Earlier in the year, Bush expressed doubts about further benefit extensions, but he came to support the legislation as new figures showed new claims for jobless aid had reached a 16-year high.
What a squish George Bush has turned out to be!
Why does the Federal government even have a role in this? It should have this sequence…. personal savings, then assistance with family, ditching assets, and finally city/state assistance.
Instead it is straight to Ken’s wallet for “sharing”.
I’m glad to help but I’d prefer to help closer to home, not send my money of to DC for waste.
