I like to walk with my wife. Even if her ankles make a cracking noise the whole time.
But apparently, I should leave her at home and just take George (Black Lab) and Fritz (Daschound):

The older people who walked with humans only had a 4 percent increase in their walking capabilities. The human walking buddies tended to discourage each other and used excuses such as the weather being too hot.”
Fortunately, we rarely walk without our dogs. With decent walking weather now returning (not too hot), here we come river trail!
