This sign drew the ire of a black police officer outside Jim Moran’s town hall in Virginia.
Apparently, signs are permitted, but not of Obama in a negative way. By this police officer anyway.
The sign is distasteful in that it compares Obama’s idiotic plan to the Nazi’s “final solution” for the Jews and others they viewed undesirable. Yes, Obama’s plan will kill people, mainly those without political connections or money. But it won’t do so as broadly, crudely, nor specific to ethnicity/religion like the Nazis. It will kill through rationing and abortion funding. Despicable, but not in the Nazis league.
There are apt comparisons between the rise of the Nazis and Obama’s rise, his nationalizations of finance, autos, and healthcare. But the comparisons stop well before genocide. I don’t think he want to kill millions. He just wants to take your money and give it to people that vote for him. If you look at him as what he is, a simple corrupt politician, these Nazi paranoias disappear.
Anyway, signs like this don’t help. They make people think those that oppose Obama’s dopey plan are kooks.
But the police officer should have permitted it.
