I don’t know why liberals like to trash big companies, or take their money, or if you are a stockholder in them your capital gain.  They do amazing things for all of us. They solve the big long-term problems that only “big” can solve.

For instance, deep inside IBM’s labs they are working on 3-D computer chips that are water cooled. These promise to keep Moore’s Law in action in the next decade and reduce electricity needed by large data centers.
