Paula and I just returned from a fabulous repast at the newly re-opened Painted Pony.

Roger, our server, was top-notch and always one step ahead. The mellow ambience and less overtly southwestern decor made conversation easy.  And of course the food presentation and flavor matched the best I’ve eaten around the world.

We are lucky to have this gem in St. George.

P.S. What meal in St. George would be complete without me running into somebody I’ve photographed?  Congratulations to Heidi and Bill – on 3 years of marriage and Heidi’s 3rd 25th birthday (-:
