Just as a reminder to the British Parliament that they are fools, it snows in London for the first October since 1922:

Why are they fools?  Well, they had just passed a massive Climate Change bill:

The bill creates an enormous bureaucratic apparatus for monitoring and reporting, which was expanded at the last minute.

To bad the bill includes no monitoring of Parliament.

    There is no English Parliament. There is a British Parliament, but no English Parliament.
