From a comment below. The name of the new agency is going to be the Federal Unionized Bureau of Auto Repair. FUBAR is the future of the American auto industry!
As an aside, when did Congress vote to give him this spending authority? Is he extra-Constitutional now? Is that the Lincoln part he is channeling. Well, I’d like him to switch to the USA Network, or something innocuous.
