My Japanese guests elected for steak over Thai food. So off we went to Outback.

You can pretty much throw a dart at the Outback menu and get something good for 4 Hour Body – as long as you avoid the appetizers and the bake potato.

I had this excellent, well prepared, and VERY tasty meal:

Two Grilled Pork Chops, Green Beans. The remoulade is good, but I skipped it.

This was one of the better meals I’ve had out on the 4 Hour Body diet. I’ll be back for this one…

Hey Ken! I found your blog a few days ago whilst googling “4 hour body meals” and have really enjoyed reading it. You’re giving me great ideas for meals and I’m going to change things up a bit next week because of it.

What I’m doing each night this week before bed is taking a pound of frozen vegetables, cooking them, then splitting them up into 3 Tupperware containers. I take a can of black beans and divide it equally into those three containers. I eat one of those containers at breakfast, lunch 1, and lunch 2.

To breakfast I add eggs. This week I am doing about 1-2 eggs of egg beater egg whites scrambled in a pan and added to the Tupperware container and 2 hard boiled eggs that I eat while cooking the egg whites. Next week I’m going to try switching to om elates. With the first lunch I eat a chicken breast with either chicken rub or Frank’s Redhot and to the second lunch 2-3 cups of spinach.

My fiance cooks dinner every night, and for the next 2 months she’s agreed to cook around my diet.

It’s funny you did Outback. It’s my favorite restaurant and one of the reasons I went for this diet is because I knew it would be easy to eat there on it, as long as I can forgo my Bloomin Onion except on cheat days.

Corey – glad my recipes are helping. They are simple, for me to cook them, they must be!

Your way of organizing the legumes and veggies is excellent. I tend to eat out a lot, so we just leave them in larger tupperware containers for breakfast and the occasional dinner in. Lunch is almost always out.

I LOVED those pork chops at the Outback yesterday. I tried to talk my team into going their today, but the guy who’s day it was to pick chose Ruby Tuesday.
