My wife is super smart.
Some parts of my house aren’t as great as others. I wish my basement were more functional, I wish I had a nicer refrigerator, the windows need a good washing, etc. But, it’s nicer than most other homes and if I want to improve the house, I’m not going to knock it down to live in a tent while I start over, that’s too expensive. The smart thing would be to assess what does and doesn’t work and go about fixing those things.
She is so smart that she pegged healthcare AND slammed my lifelong desire to have a Mongolian Yurt in the SAME post…. She’s good, very good.

There’s hope yet grasshopper! You need to psych out an approach to
health care that includes minority protection and requires your desired facility, or a close approximation.

Classic political problem: do something for the Have-nots without disturbing the Haves who can think of dozens of ways they would be hurt.
