47% of households will pay ZERO federal income tax in 2009.
That sucks.
They need a more defined link to federal spending beyond dying of cholera in the inevitable collapse.
BTW: How would 6,000 people make over $1 million dollars and not pay taxes? I suspect life insurance or other untaxed payouts (mainly lawsuits).
