Lindsey Graham (Idiot-SC) proclaims “Cap-and-trade is dead”. And then proceeds to come up with really stupid ideas for new taxes and laws in its stead.
Power plants would face an overall cap on emissions that would become more stringent over time; motor fuel may be subject to a carbon tax whose proceeds could help electrify the U.S. transportation sector; and industrial facilities would be exempted from a cap on emissions for several years before it is phased in.
Global warming is a HOAX. We do NOT NEED more taxes. We need LESS spending.
Now Lindsey, I know you feel the need to be loved by Democrats, but come on, they only love you cause you can be rolled. You and your good buddy McCain.
Do us all a favor, Lindsey, and retire, or just shut up and never talk to a Democrat again. The nation will thank you.
