The government says no way Jose, security, intelligence, and some other federal agencies are not allowed to belong to unions. Congress pass a law? Due to the possibility of terrorist taking over the union (imagine that) and holding the country as a large hostage ......... (you get the idea), these organizations are exempt or legally prohibited from belonging to a union. Must be something in it for the corrupt politicians in DC.
