Their computers will still churn out notices of asset seizure and other threats. They will still tag you with a 10% penalty because you hit your IRA to try and stay in your house.  They will still audit you, charge you and make you prove you are innocent, not them prove you guilty.  And they will still charge you 23% on money you owe them, but 2% on money they owe you.
