I quit smoking, and none of my town hall questioners were plants
So what is worse? Some frustrated and concerned American’s getting loud because the Congress and President want to remake 1/5th of our economy over a weekend?
Or the President saying “I don’t want people to think these questioners are all plants?” when indeed they all were?
The voices are loud at these town halls because of two reasons… when a bus is about to hit someone, you shout. And Obama is certainly aiming a bus at our economy. The second reason is that when you are lied to you get frustrated and angry. So when Obama says “no plants” – flat out lie. When some Congressman says “budget neutral” – flat out lie. The lie and lie and lie. Then they lie about why we are angry.
Update: He was really lying. Not only were they “plants”, they were bussed in.

Who sent this ridiculous link? Calling protesters racists and thugs? The only tactics Republicans have are “scare tactics”? These people showing up aren’t just Republicans, there are long time union Democrats, Independents, etc. The people who show up are armed with the Constitution and a brain to say “I’ve read this and I don’t like it.” The legislation may not say there are death panels, abortion funding, rationed care, but anyone who has read even portions of this bill and doesn’t think that this legislation won’t lead to all these things are either stupid, delusional, live in a fantasy world, or worse (as I suspect) really want this for America and are willing to do ANYTHING to get it. Americans are afraid for their country and the future.
The tactics of liberals and Democrats is to call names, shout “racist”, call us uneducated, send union thugs to intimidate, anything to not really address the issues. It smacks of not being able to defend the argument. The belief is that big government is the answer as long as they are the ones doing the manipulating. I’m tired of being called a bigot, a racist, stupid, told to sit back, shut up and I’m taking your money. It doesn’t matter if the people who show up are racists, a bigots, stupid, right-wing, conservatives, etc. etc. It doesn’t matter. They are American citizens and have a right to speak up. Not just a right, an obligation.

I agree Democrats suck. But they are also smart and know that most people are pretty stupid and will buy what they sell.
Look at all the smiles and nodding heads behind Obama as this townhall. They liked his biggest lies and had NO CLUE he was lying.
