Bill Clinton and staff seemed to lie because their lips moved. I wonder if Obama and staff are nearing that standard already?
Take, for example, David Axelrod, his political advisor who we now pay for, on Obama’s thermostat setting:
“He’s from Hawaii, O.K.?” said Mr. Obama’s senior adviser, David Axelrod, who occupies the small but strategically located office next door to his boss. “He likes it warm. You could grow orchids in there.”
Actually, David, he was born in Hawaii, he is from Chicago (brr…..) via Columbia (New York, brr….) via Harvard (Boston, Brr…).
The man hasn’t called a warm climate home in 30+ years.
I spent my formative years in Key West, FL where the temperature ranges around 75 and 90. But I like my office and home crisp.
Casual lies. Done because the press lets them do big and small lies.

Obama is a tough Chicago guy when he is bashing washingtonians for being cold weather wimps liek he did the other day. Now he is an Hawaiin.
Just like Clinton, govern by CNN poll and a finger in the wind.
