Deadly!
Christmas is the DEADLIEST day of the year:
More people die in hospital emergency wards, or arrive dead on arrival, on Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day than on any other days of the year.
Why? They don’t know. If I had to guess… winter travel, stress, waiting until family is together, and wrapping paper suffocation.

Another case where the numbers are clear but the reasons are pure speculation, just like a lot of situations in human life. Always be wary of drawing conclusions from statistics about people.

Paula had one of her migraine episodes. When she starts upchucking we take her in and they give her an IV of some drug cocktail. It basically knocks her out and I bring her home and she sleeps til the next day. They used to come more often, this is the first one in a year or so.
