Sometimes it all seems so futile. Voting. Protesting. Blogging. Are you read to revolt?
I am.
I’ve worked outrageously hard my entire life. I graduated college. I served in the Army. I’ve supported charities. I’ve supported relatives in times of need. I’ve created jobs. I’ve kept people employed I probably shouldn’t have. I de-virus my neighbors computers. I tip well. I pay my mortgage and have no other debts. I’ve done everything “right”.
In return… “other people” (acting through the government) have robbed me of hundreds of thousands of dollars of my retirement. In return… “other people” (acting through government) tax me at slave rates. in return…. “other people” (acting through government) rack up debt and then inflate the currency to cheapen it thus stealing from people like me who have saved. In return, “other people” say I don’t do enough.
Frankly, it gets old.
I’m not ready to go Galt. You can’t hide like Galt did. I’m ready to revolt.
Tea Party, Tea Smarty. I’m ready to take this place apart.

Ken: saw a streamer at the bottom of the Fox News (O’Reilly Factor) the other night that the “government” is going to start looking closely at the bloggers who are “threatening to overthrow the govt, advocating….. etc”. I read your blog every day and hope that no one actually reports your blog. They say the tea parties won’t do much good. And not voting for the scum in congress takes too long and they can do too much damage before they leave. Think about a recall election that takes place immediately, only, make sure you have a replacement on hand to send East (like yourself, the bro, Steve Adams) right away. Someone who can see past the end of their wallets and do right by this country.
