Obama Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor has been reversed by higher courts 60% of the time.
That’s right:
60%
What this means is that with nobody to reverse her, 60% of the crazy crap she believes in will now actually be forced on the rest of us.
Obama lied lied lied when he campaigned. We warned you, you didn’t listen.
If Republican’s don’t fight this, to hell with them. They should bar the doors to the Senate with their cold Republican bodies before they let this woman do her damage for life.

If they reversed 60% of her crazy crap, that means she only got 40% right(or perhaps not horribly wrong), and 40% is a big fat F in any grading system I’ve seen.

You really think the Republicans will fight? They are weanies. They have as much as said they will take a pass on this one. Criticize a female Hispanic? That’s not gonna happen. They gave a complete pass to Ginsburg, and she was worse.
They will do a sham hearing, ask a few bogus questions, then they will all vote for her.

The other error rate, unreported, is the number of times she has been in a dissenting minority where the ruling that won was upheld.
Put another way, she is almost 100% diametrically opposed to conventional legal thinking.
She is as bad a pick as Obama could hope to choose. I’m sure this is intentional. He knows he has maybe a year to work his harm and he is going full tilt.
