You’d get the idea, reading my 4 Hour Body log that I don’t eat at home much. Well, that is true, but this week has been unusual for all the eating out. I’m sure, and hope, such outings will slow down in coming weeks.

After a long design meeting where we plotted out the next “big” thing for 2011, we were well past our regular lunch time and wanted simple, fast and close. So, off to Chilis we went.

Chilis has lots of 4 Hour Body options. Today I went with the “build your own” dish, getting Cajun spiced lemon grilled shrimp and margerita chicken with black beans and broccoli.

It tasted great. I ate it all, except for the corn tortilla strips the chicken was bedded on.
