My summary of diet: Summary of 4 Hour Body
Start Weight: 201.00 lbs
Current Weight: 190.00 lbs -
“Binge” day comes up tomorrow and I’m dreading it. I like what I’m eating, I’m full and energetic. I don’t want to feel crappy and sugary on donuts or whatever binge stuff comes up tomorrow. I’ll do it, because it is supposed to be important in the book. Physiologically important – something about resetting something in the body. I don’t need the “mental” binge, I’m not craving anything. But I’ll do it, if a “moderate” binge qualifies.
Well… actually, a pizza at Bella Maria’s sounds good. I haven’t been “craving it” but now that I think of it, I wouldn’t mind throwing down a few pieces of that tasty stuff.

I had odd chills last night, perhaps because it was 14 degrees outside when it should have been in the 40s. And I went to bed at 10:30 or so, and slept til 8:30 – a long time for me. Probably making up for the 4 hours the night before. Fortunately, my schedule is super loose, I get up whenever.
My glutes are still sore from the first 4 Hour Body mini-workout. But I went ahead and did it again today – 20 glute activations, 15 Flying Dogs on each side, and 30 Kettlebell swings. I had more in me, but my form was getting shaky on 28, 29 so I stopped at 30. I also did some Yoga positions, child’s pose, rabbit, and a few others that relieve pain in my left hip.
Then breakfast. We shrink wrapped some turkey at Thanksgiving. This morning I got that out and made this:

Turkey grilled lightly in olive oil, 4 parts eggs whites, 1 part egg beaters, lentils, washed spinach leaves, salsa.
Very tasty. I ate it all.
NOTE: I did all the workouts and ate well within a half-hour of waking. Tim stresses this in the book, so I figure it’s important and I do it.
