Yippie! I dropped into the 180′s. Not too big a drop, about 1/2 a pound, well within the error range on water and pooh weight, but I’ll take it. (-:
This morning I skipped kettlebell and other exercises so as not to stress a sore neck. Since my neck surgery I sometimes get tender and I just let it rest.
Breakfast.

Scallops, Egg Beaters, Lentils, Spinach, Sauerkraut, Salsa
When I looked back at my rapid weight loss, my meals included sauerkraut. So, I figured, I’ll add it back in. I like it and I’d just forgotten to add it. So this mornings salad is spinach, salsa and sauerkraut, with a spritz of lime juice. And… it tasted great. I ate it all.

Scallops and eggs sounds strange, but, I haven’t actually tried it.

I was nervous, but it was very tasty. So tasty that I had them yesterday and today.
A bit pricey, but we are comparing to eating out.

Hi Ken, I just want to thank you for your blog about the 4 hour body, I am starting tommorow and I’ve been following your meals each day to give me ideas.
I dont have a lot of weight to lose (5`9 173lbs) but i want to feel better and its good to see someone with results outside of the book!
