I ordered Chicken Fajitas. The dish is chicken on a bed of onions and green peppers, with guacamole, sour cream, tortillas, black beans and salsa.
I gave away the guacamole, skipped the sour cream and tortillas. I ate all the chicken, and most of the green peppers, plus about 1/2 the beans. I wasn’t sure where onions in bulk fit on the 4 Hour Body diet, they seem pretty sugary, so I skipped them.
Verdict: You can eat good at Chilis on the 4 Hour Body diet.

From the reports I detect a high fraction of calories from animal protein, diet coke to undermine your teeth, healthy portions of vegetables, and enough wealth to be eating out a lot. Exercise: anything reasonable will do all the useful vascular conditioning. And could the author have a deal with kettleball makers?
Passed on the onion? Get a new advisor, onion is now the second most important horticultural crop after tomatoes. In India, communities that never consumed onions or garlic had blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels substantially higher, and blood clotting times shorter, than the communities that ate liberal amounts of garlic and onions. Onions are a rich source of flavonoids, substances known to provide protection against cardiovascular disease. Onions are also natural anticlotting agents since they possess substances with fibrinolytic activity and can suppress platelet-clumping.
Sauteed onions also have an irresistible fragrance from street vendors of London. Better than sugar.

So I gues the question is do they have a high amount of sugar. Anyone? We know that vegetables like beets do, or have starch that converts to sugur at some point. Is there a trade off between the fear of caloric sugar intake and the benefits listed above?

If you are going to do the Tim Ferriss 4-hour body, then don’t pay any attention to Carl Nelson. Otherwise you are doing the Carl Nelson 4-hour Body which is not as interesting an exercise.

Well, I try to give Commenter Carl his due. He is a pretty smart dude, but he can be confused on some things, like diet and taxes. (-:
