Last night I had a surprise get together with old friends. We had a great dinner at Ruby Tuesday.

It wasn’t too hard to stay on the diet there, lots of options.

I started with the salad bar:

And then ordered the steak and lobster tail, with asparagus and green beans as the sides. Sorry, the picture below was mid-meal…

As you can see there was butter with the lobster, which I hadn’t intended to eat but it spilled and got over stuff. Tasty, but not intended.

Other food for the day….

Our dinner was delayed from 5:30 to 6:30, so I snarfed on a piece of ham from Christmas dinner. And about 10 that night, an hour or so before bed, I had another couple pieces of ham and 3 Brazil Nuts.
