Stalled, but I’m surprised not to have gained weight after yesterday.
Counter intuitively, I was hungry much of binge day. So, an hour after I finished a turkey sandwich, I was hunting up a snack. Something I had no pangs for during the week, while on the diet.
This morning, I awoke with my first headache since… the last binge day.
Breakfast:
Egg Beaters, Scallops, Lentils, Sasla, Green Beans
A few have questioned the “taste” of scallops with eggs for breakfast. I was skeptical too, but it tastes really good. I quick fry them in olive oil, dicing them with the spatula when they are cooked a bit. Then I add in the eggs, some lime juice, and pepper. And it all tastes terrific!
Today:
We will go to a movie (True Grit) and I’ll see if I like it as much as I did the first time I saw it… this time WITHOUT Popcorn and Whoppers.
