A President can have a personal life, but only after taking care of the nation.

There are a lot of soldiers missing date nights. 10 of them forever.

Any time McChrystal spends with Barry is time wasted by the general. Obama can’t understand him because they don’t speak the same language and there would need to be an interpreter there to help the militarily challenged.

  2. Ken Says:

    Good point.

Obama wants to bail on Afghanistan and is waiting for some reason to scoot. Meanwhile people die trying to fulfill a mission he doesn’t agree with.

  3. TR Says:

Unhappy is the fate of one who tries to win his battles and succeed in his attacks without cultivating the spirit of enterprise; for the result is waste of time and general stagnation. Hence the saying: The enlightened ruler lays his plans well ahead; the good general cultivates his resources.

Obama views it all though the lens of “whats good for Obama”. That means leave. I’m actually okay with that, I just wish it were for sound reasons.

  6. Carl Nelson Says:

So, if someone you don’t like does something you do like, it must be for the wrong reasons?

  7. Ken Says:

I’ve written on why I think he will decide that way. They are why I don’t like him, not the other way around.

  8. Kevin Says:

I don’t think #6 is getting it: you and O both dislike the Afghanistan mission, you because you think its not in America’s interests, and O because its not in O’s interests. Big difference.
So 8 soldiers died saturday protecting a rock outcropping and for what? O needs to stop worrying about Chicago and his cronies, and being hip, and start being a President. I’m not holding my breath.
